New in FactoryFix: More candidate detail, and more reason to trust it

Our latest updates give you more of it, and more reason to trust it's accurate: richer detail about every candidate, and clearer evidence behind it, so the picture you're working from is fuller and more trustworthy. And two of them widen where your candidates come from, turning your inbox and your existing ATS into active sources.

Candidate summaries now show where every detail comes from

An AI summary is only useful if you can trust it, and trust shouldn't require faith. Every detail in the AI fit summary now carries its source inline: "His resume shows three years on second shift," "In the screening conversation, she confirmed the posted range works for her." The same sourcing runs through all four scoring breakdowns. When something wasn't covered, the summary says so instead of leaving a gap. And when a candidate's information conflicts on pay, shift, location, or availability, the summary shows both sides when the difference matters, and otherwise leads with the most reliable source.

See candidate preferences right in Talent Search

Following the recent redesign of Talent Search, we've enhanced it further. Candidate cards now surface what candidates have shared, and what FactoryFix has learned about them: desired pay, preferred shift, willingness to travel, languages, and the roles they want. Hover to see how fresh each detail is. It's the context that separates a profile worth opening from an unlock you'd regret. You can also filter a search by these signals to focus on the people who actually fit, or browse the full pool when you'd rather not narrow.

Contact info, checked and refreshed the moment it matters

Unlocking a candidate now runs a real-time check across multiple independent data sources, reconciled by AI, with a freshness receipt showing what was checked and what changed. Dead numbers get removed, stale emails get replaced with ones that pass deliverability checks, and if everything stands, the receipt tells you that too.

Put your AI recruiter to work on candidates from anywhere

The same AI that screens, scores, and works your candidates can now reach the ones that used to live outside FactoryFix. Every job has its own intake email address, right in the Upload candidates panel: forward a resume, or point your outside sources at the address, and FactoryFix creates the candidate on that job, scores them, and starts screening. It works with PDF, DOC, or DOCX, forwarded emails included, and even collects on draft jobs so screening starts the moment the job goes live.

And if you run a connected ATS, the people who applied to your jobs in the past are back in play too. For a live job running with outreach on, FactoryFix searches your ATS for people who applied to synced requisitions with the same standardized job title before, evaluates each resume against the job, and reaches out to the qualified matches through the same Active Outreach your team already uses. It doesn't copy your ATS, it skips anyone you've hired or worked recently, and it reaches out only to those who qualify, so years of past applicants get put back to work without any manual mining.

Also new

Reply straight to candidate emails. Reply directly to a "New message from…" notification and your response reaches the candidate, in the conversation, attributed to you.

Wrong numbers, handled automatically. Your AI recruiter stops the moment a reply says it has the wrong number, dropping the bad number so it can't come back, while the conversation stays open for email or a valid number added later.

Job Match Reports now show every way to place a candidate. For staffing teams, a report gives you three ways to place one candidate: your own open reqs they fit, live openings across the market, and nearby employers who hire that profile even without a posting.

These collective updates give you more detail on every candidate and more reason to trust it, and they widen where your candidates come from so more of them run through the same AI screening and outreach.
