Your jobs now reach candidates across a wider network of specialized, industry-specific sites. Instead of relying solely on major job boards, FactoryFix routes each role to the channels where those specific candidates search: dedicated maintenance boards, machinist networks, HVAC-specific sites, and more.
We've also added social media distribution. FactoryFix automatically gets eligible jobs in front of more skilled trades candidates on Facebook and Instagram, helping drive steadier applicant flow beyond traditional job boards. Candidates can apply directly without leaving the app, and leads flow into your dashboard where your AI recruiter screens them alongside every other applicant.

Resume Uploads, Front and Center
When you have off-platform candidates ready to go (referrals, career fair contacts, sourced names), you can now upload them directly from the job pipeline. Your AI recruiter screens them alongside every other applicant, so sourced candidates get the same treatment as inbound applicants without any extra steps.

Skip Candidates in Talent Search
Build a personal triage layer as you work through the talent pool. Skip candidates you've already reviewed, and they stay skipped across future searches, even if they match on a different role. Skips are yours only, so they won't affect your teammates' results. You can undo them anytime from a Skipped tab.

Conversation Alert Controls
Mute alerts on individual candidate threads from the Conversation tab. If a muted candidate replies later, alerts re-enable automatically so nothing slips through the cracks.
