This evolution begins with this new feedback feature, which lets you instantly react to Copilot's candidate evaluations through simple thumbs up or down responses. When you agree or disagree with an assessment, your feedback helps shape our understanding of your specific needs, laying the groundwork for future enhancements where Copilot will adapt its evaluation approach based on your professional judgment.
Flexible Candidate Management
A significant focus of this update is making it easier to manage candidates across multiple openings. In manufacturing, it's common to discover that a maintenance technician applicant might be an even better fit for your automation specialist role, or that a CNC operator applicant has the perfect background for your setup machinist position. This new feature lets you move these candidates between opportunities while preserving their complete application history, ensuring promising talent doesn't slip through the cracks just because they applied for a different role initially.
Unlimited Access to Manufacturing Talent
We're introducing a redesigned Talent Pool search experience. The new interface maximizes screen space and makes candidate evaluation simpler, with advanced filtering to help you quickly identify qualified manufacturing professionals. We're removing credit-based restrictions on candidate unlocks, giving you unlimited access to contact information for qualified talent. Expanded profile cards show everything you need at a glance, letting you make faster, more informed decisions about potential candidates.
Manufacturing Labor Market Data
Local manufacturing labor data is transforming how companies make hiring decisions, and now these powerful insights are just a click away in your FactoryFix navigation bar. Our detailed reports reveal talent availability, wages, and hiring trends in your area, showing how your wages compare to other manufacturers nearby to help you set competitive pay rates and fill positions faster. These comprehensive reports, which have delivered significant value to our customers for years through account manager requests, are so impactful that many customers tell us these insights alone are worth more than their FactoryFix subscription—which is exactly why we're making them more accessible than ever.
Your hiring team can use this data to make informed decisions about wages and hiring strategies before positions become difficult to fill. While the ability to request these reports through a simple icon in your navigation bar is a major improvement to accessibility, it's just the beginning. This update marks an important first step toward our goal of making manufacturing labor data directly accessible and actionable within the FactoryFix platform.
